Shake things up with this clever take on an age-old process. Make delicious creamy butter in three minutes (with cream that has set out for 6-8 hours).

  • Fill with 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Set out for 6-8 hours
  • Shake for 3 minutes or until butter separates
  • Strain out buttermilk through top of jar
  • Rinse and strain with cold water, repeat.
  • Collect and serve

Plastic jar has built in strainer and a screw on ramekin lid that serves as a collection bowl. Easy instructions are printed on the jar.

Top-rack dishwasher safe. Includes recipes for flavored butters. BPA-free. 5¼" high x 2⅞" base. Holds 1 cup. Ages 3+, with adult assistance.

Helpful Hints: For flavored butter add the ingredients to the cream before you shake it. You may also want to add salt to taste once the butter is completed.
