Directions:
1.Grab the handle and allow the discs to fall away from your body for the starting position.
2. Move your wrsit and try to align the discs.
3. Once you align all the discs you have won! Now try again with the other hand.
4. For increased difficulty, turn True Balance upside down and repeat steps 1-3.
