Preparation instructions (large size) - Items needed:

3/4 - 1 lb Ground Meat

15 oz can Tomato Sauce or Diced Tomatoes, or both

Add contents of bag to 5 cups of water.  Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Meanwhile, brown 3/4 to 1 lb ground meat, drain, and add to simmering chili.  Add 15 oz can of tomato sauce or diced tomatoes, or both!  For a spicier chili add 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper and/or use tomatoes with chilis.  Continue to simmer for the remaining time.  ENJOY!

Suggestions:  Top with cheddar cheese and/or sour cream.  Pairs well with Motown Soup's Garlic Cheese Beer Bread, Quick Bread, or Cornbread.
