Shipping rates

Contiguous United States (the lower 48 states): $10 flat rate, or
free on orders of $100 or more.

Alaska and Hawaii: calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order.

Canada and Mexico: calculated at checkout. Any import duties or taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We do not ship outside the United States, Canada and Mexico at this time.
Order processing and delivery
- Orders usually ship within 3 business days, and most go out within 24 to 48 hours. If anything will take longer, we will contact you.
- Orders ship by the method you choose at checkout. When free shipping applies, we use the most economical method available.
- You will receive a tracking number by email at the address on your order once it ships.
- We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
In-store return policy

Merchandise must be returned within
30 Days from the date of purchase for same method of payment return.
- If you received the item(s) as a gift (with gift receipt) you may return the items within 30 days for a store credit which never expires.
- Payments using check must wait a minimum of five days to receive a cash return.

Apparel
MUST be returned with all original tags still attached.

MUST have receipt.
- Apparel must not have any visible signs of wear, make up, deodorant or smell of perfume or smoke.
- In-store purchases must be returned/exchanged in-store.
Online return policy
- If for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund on merchandise for up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Items must be unworn with original tags, or unused depending on the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
- To return or exchange your purchase, please contact customerservice@mysecretgarden.com.
- Refunds generally take about 7 days to process once a return is delivered to our shipping office.
- Returns sent back through our return/exchange process for a refund to your original payment method or for an instant credit, will be subject to a $7.00 shipping fee (deducted from your refund).
- You may also ship using a trackable method of your choice (at your expense). Please keep a record of your tracking number and include a copy of your invoice or email order confirmation in your return shipment.
- EXCHANGES: if you would like to exchange for another size, color, option, etc. you can contact customerservice@mysecretgarden.com. Items marked FINAL SALE may not be exchanged.
