In-store return policy
Merchandise must be returned within30 Days from the date of purchase for same method of payment return.
If you received the item(s) as a gift (with gift receipt) you may return the items within 30 days for a store credit which never expires.
Payments using check must wait a minimum of five days to receive a cash retun.
ApparelMUST be returned with all original tags still attached.
YouMUST have receipt.
Apparel must not have any visible signs of wear, make up, deodorant or smell of perfume or smoke.
In-store purchases must be returned/exchanged in-store.
Online return policy
SHIPPING/RETURNS ORDER PROCESSING Orders will typically be shipped in 1-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Express orders will receive priority but we cannot guarantee same day shipment. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 10am EST on Friday will ship the next business day (first non-holiday after the weekend).
SHIPPING METHOD Orders of $75 or more are eligible for free ground shipping. *Please note we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
RETURNS If for any reason you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund on merchandise for up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Items must be unworn with original tags, or unused depending on the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds generally take about 7 days to process once a return is delivered to our shipping office.
Returns sent back through our return/exchange process for a refund to your original payment method or for an instant credit, will be subject to a $7.00 shipping fee (deducted from your refund).
You may also ship using a trackable method of your choice (at your expense). Please keep a record of your tracking number and include a copy of your invoice or email order confirmation in your return shipment.
EXCHANGES If you would like to exchange for another size, color, option, etc. you can contact customerservice@mysecretgarden.com . Items marked FINAL SALE may not be exchanged.
